340 Stealth / New EFI Fuel System / Recommendations

I plan on installing a 340 Stealth Pump as part of a completely new, EFI fuel system.  Starting from scratch, what fuel lines, filter, and regulator is recommended?

To maximize the 340 Stealth Fuel Pump's performance, the ideal EFI fuel system includes:
- A baffled tank with a 1.5+ gallon sump
- HD electrical bulkheads for power/ground
- AN-06 or 3/8” supply/return lines, with the return in the sump
- A high-flow filter like Aeromotive part number 12301
- High-flow fuel rails with AN-06+ ports
- A triple AN-06 Y-block for V-8 rail feeds
- A high-flow boost-reference regulator like part number 13109
- Robust electrical supply like part number 16301 wiring kit or part number 16306 FPSC.
