Warranty Policy

PerTronix and Aeromotive products are covered by a limited warranty for the original purchaser in the United States. The warranty guarantees products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period starting from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later).

1-Year Warranty

• All other PerTronix products
  

• All other Aeromotive products
  

• Patriot Exhaust products
  

• Taylor Cable products
  

• Compu-Fire products

Who Is Covered

• Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser
  

• Product must be purchased from PerTronix, Aeromotive, or an authorized seller
  

• Products bought from unauthorized sellers (including some online marketplaces) may be denied warranty coverage
  

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship
  

• If approved, the company will repair or replace the product
  

• Return shipping to the customer is covered by the compan
  

What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  

• Improper installation
  

• Product modifications or alterations
  

• Corrosion, discoloration, or cosmetic damage
  

• Aftermarket coatings or wraps
  

• Road hazards, collisions, or off-road use
  

• Rust occurring after installation
  

Additionally:

• Labor costs (removal or installation) are not covered
  

How to File a Warranty Claim

2. Description of the issue
   

3. Date and place of purchase
   

4. Proof of purchase (receipt required)

Additional Steps:

• The company may request the product be returned for inspection
  

• If required, a prepaid shipping label will be provided
  

• Warranty decisions are made after evaluation
  

Limitations & Legal Notes

• Warranty is limited to repair or replacement only
  

• No coverage for incidental or consequential damages
  

• Implied warranties (if applicable) are limited to the same duration as the stated warranty
