EFI Bypass Regulators / Turbo / Boost Reference / Fuel Pressure

I have one of your EFI bypass regulators that is advertised to adjust from 40-70 PSI.  I have a turbo and need 60 PSI base fuel pressure.  The turbo will make 20 PSI boost.  With boost reference, total fuel pressure needs to be 80 PSI.  Will pressure stop going up at 70 PSI?

No, the regulator increases fuel pressure with boost on a 1:1 ratio, potentially exceeding 80 PSI if the pump supports it. While there’s no boost limit for the regulator, higher pressure reduces pump flow. If flow drops too low to meet engine demand, pressure will flatten, then fall, indicating insufficient pump flow—not a regulator problem.
